Decoloring powder specially formulated to perform all kind of lightening techniques : (streaks, tranparencies, "décapage", etc..) The moisturizing elements hydrate hair and maintain its structure. Does not dry. Easy to rinse.

Instruction for use : Mix one part of ZULA whitening with three parts of COSMESUN oxidiser in a non-metallic container.   Apply according to  recom mended time. Rinse thoroughly.
